A typical music video uses about 500 credits. Actual usage varies, and the studio shows an estimate before you start. Plan credits reset monthly, including on yearly memberships.
Yes. Add 500 credits for $9, or 2,500 credits for $35 — about 1 or 5 videos. These are one-off purchases. Unused top-up credits remain available while you’re a member. If your membership ends, those credits are frozen and restored when you subscribe again.
Cancel from your billing page and keep access until your paid period ends. Upgrades apply immediately with extra credits; downgrades apply at your next billing date.
If you’ve used fewer than 500 credits in your first billing month, you can request a full refund of your first payment at any time during that month. For a yearly plan, that means the full yearly payment. This applies once per person, to the first plan payment only, and does not cover renewals. Use the refund button on your membership page, or email support@cyvril.com with the subject “Refund”.
